I am committed and passionate about empowering you with tools and knowledge to heal (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually), through a consistent yoga and mindfulness practice. Together, we cultivate a collective energy and community of conscious humans, striving to live more mindfully. I offer these teachings and practical tools in the form of retreats, workshops, one-on-one mindfulness coaching and private sessions. Depending on your location, in-person or online facilitation can be arranged for individual or group sessions.

About a year and a half ago, I started looking for yoga studios in the Ballito area. I happened to go to a home studio where Tash was teaching a class. Phenomenal is all I can say. This is where my love for yoga began. I immediately got hold of Tash through social media to arrange a few private lessons to gain a bit more confidence to go to group classes... let’s just say I have never looked back.
Tash is the perfect balance of nurturing, self love and strength. She has guided me through my yoga practice and helped me get stronger and more flexible with every practice we share together. She has pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me get into certain poses I thought were unachievable. All of this while still making sure I am always listening to my body .

Tash has the most special and calming energy when conducting her practice. She truly prepared me for birth not just physically but mentally too. Our mindful yoga sessions were a highlight during my preggie journey and my body not only felt strong and healthy but my mind felt ready relaxed and prepared for my little miracle, thanks to Tash's tender loving care during our practice together.
