There is something unbelievably powerful that happens when a group of like minded individuals gather together. Even more so, when that gathering supports one another’s growth and healing.

I have found over the years, guiding individuals and sharing practical tools on dealing with pain (physical, mental and emotional), trauma, anxiety, and other mental health related issues, we can find balance together and navigate through the various phases of life.

I met beautiful Tash when she hosted a women's circle in Cape Town and her kind and gentle nature made me feel welcome and calm. Her ability to hold space and engage with every woman in the room is part of what makes her so special. It is rare to meet someone who is radiant inside and out. Her approach to mindfulness is uncomplicated, thoughtful and easy to incorporate into daily living, and she spoke to us all on a relatable level making everyone feel included and connected. I could feel my confidence, voice and emotions all growing that day because I believe Tash has the ability to unlock everything we have been holding on to. I walked away feeling like I had been provided a safe and guiding space by Tash and her skills and knowledge are tools that I can now truly follow on my own journey to self-love, awareness and mindfulness.
