Ask me anything, I’m here to help
I offer yoga and mindfulness meditation sessions through workshops and retreats. Online or in person facilitation can be arranged.
Anyone and everyone of all ages and experience levels.
I combine elements of restorative, vinyasa and forrest inspired principals into each session. I focus on what the individuals needs are and design a tailored solution for each client. Classes always includes variations.
You sure can. Yoga and mindfulness offers you a safe, non-competitive space to reconnect with your body, mind and soul. I’m particularly passionate about sharing the fundamentals with beginners to start their journey.
What should I wear? I’d recommend light layers that are comfy and stretchable. Full-length leggings and a form-fitting tee are ideal. Anything too baggy might disappear over your head when you do your first ‘downward dog!’ We practice bare-foot so you can enjoy a proper sense of connection and movement under your feet.
Just a bottle of water and a yoga mat. If you would like to bring your own journal along, feel free to do so. I’ll have everything else.
Not at all. Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are but you’ll be surprised at how strong and flexible you become with a regular practice! I always offer support and variations to all students.
No rules. Just some friendly suggestions. The session is a time you’ve dedicated to yourself, so take full advantage to immerse yourself in the present moment by placing your phone on silent or aeroplane mode. Less distractions will only enhance your experience.
No, yoga isn’t a religion. Rather, it is a philosophy and spiritual practise that people of all walks of life can enjoy. A tool that can be used to deepen your faith actually.
Designed over 5000 years ago, Yoga requires mental focus and deep breathing to perform a series of movements. While many come to yoga for the physical benefits, they often discover it’s incredible calming and holistic effects. I’m particularly passionate about sharing the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits with my students. In today’s wonderfully chaotic world, yoga and mindfulness can help you to lead a more balanced, peaceful and energised life.
