That’s how I like to think of my classes which typically combine elements of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative and Forrest-Inspired yoga. I also offer Pre-Natal and Yoga for Little Bodies.

My goal is not to bend you backwards, but rather to guide you on a journey that’ll remind you of how strong, capable and worthy you truly are. Deep sleep and great abs are bonus extras!

TO THE BEACH

Rewind to 2011. I was hitting the nine-to-five grind when my life hit an all time low. It was during a corporate team-building event when I literally stumbled onto a yoga mat. I had no idea who Lululemon was or how to ‘cat-cow', but I found healing on the mat. Six years later and I’m an accredited yoga teacher, business owner and professional wanderluster.

Whenever you support The Mindful Movement a portion of the proceeds will help fund community yoga which facilitates free classes for impoverished communities. I collaborate with charities, schools and foundations to host yoga and mindfulness sessions. In doing so, encouraging the youth of South Africa to be apart of the change and healing we so desperately need.
